Today is the  first day of our training and very impressive.All the games we played are about teamwork.We went to XingQing park. After running around the lake, we are divided into 4 teams to play games.
 

There are 7 games:

1.Throw a tennis ball to one of your teammates randomly and immediately shout out his or her name.

 

2.We are seperated into small teams each of which consists of two members.One has to cover his or her eyes with a scarf and the other one plays a role to direct his partner to move without stepping on to the landmines which are represented by pieces of white paper on the ground.

 

3.Our group are divided into two teams each of which has 5 or 6 member. All the team members stand in a straight line. At first, our tutor gives the last one of the line a picture which has an animal on it, then the one should try to tell the teammate in front of him or her what kind of animal he/her saw by only using his body without involving his/her mouth.

 

4.All the members of the group stand in a circle hand-in-hand and there is a hula hoop which is hold by two members' hands. Our task is to try a make the hula hoop move in our circle under the rules that not only no one's body(arms are allowed) will touch the hula hoop but our circle should not be broken(always hand-in-hand).

 

5.In this game, our group are divided into two sides.each side has 3 small groups each of which consists of 2 member. One is blinded by a scarf just like the 2nd game. Another guy is responsible to direct the first one to the right direction and kick  the ball into the opposite team's gate.

 

6.Our team stand in a circle in harness and we have to find out a method to let all the teammates to be able to take 3 steps forward without breaking the circle(also no one have to stand outside).

 

7.There is a net standing vertically. The challenge faced to our team is how to let all the team members get through the net without touching the net and one mesh can be allowed only one person to get through. 

3年前的愚人节我收到了一个短信，直到三年后的愚人节重新读来，我才发现我这个愚人被“愚”了！

 

感觉心很痛很痛。。

要去北京工作了！

4月初开始在西安培训一直到7月31，运气好，可能会提前结束。

 

经过这次找工作的经历，感觉变化很多，本来只是想体验一下这些IT公司是怎么招人的，所以只投了三家感觉还不错的公司（华为、中软、Hanna）根本就没有想过会通过。一直以为以我的非计算机专业背景，只能去一些小公司，所以考研是我的唯一出路，真正去应聘才发现原来我的想法刚好是颠倒的，我只可能去大公司！小公司是不会要我这种刚一去干不了活的人，反而是大公司会更加注重你的个人潜力，而且在入职前还会为你提供大量的培训，综合素质与发展潜力是他们所考虑的第一要务。

 

华为：

     感觉效率挺低的，笔试过后一个周左右才给我打电话，而且问到我有没有面试其他公司，我当时刚刚好面试完Hanna的第一轮面试所以如实地和他说了，显然他不太高兴，什么也没说就挂了，打回去也没有人answer。

 

Hanna：

     昨天刚拒掉第二轮面试通知。其实这是一家很好的公司，而且是唯一一个指明了要物理、数学专业的，美独资，总部在Atlanta，专注于CAD/PM的研发，也给Autodesk做外包，待遇不错，和我一起找软件公司一个同学就签了这里，毕业之后才培训，而且是带薪的！！工作地点在上海，如果是以前的我恐怕要高兴的跳起来，不过现在北京才是我的第一选择，其它一切放后！
